  We have been without water for two days. Our landlord contacted this company to solve the problem. Two gentlemen came out for an hour, replaced PVC pipe, told me the toilet flapper needed fixed, and left. I fix flapper and go out to the pump house to see what they did, the pipe looked good but was leaking, bladder pump not touched, and the well pump still is not bolted down like asked. When contacted the hours later to find out where they were, they said they had to get a part and would be back. Then when I called they office to complain, after finding out they aren't returning and instructed to call a plumber, the office personnel was rude and stayed they would not talk with me because I was not the land owner. They stated they know the pipe is leaking but our problem is inside not outside. When I told her the problem, she stated and I quote "I'm glad you're such a well expert. We will not speak with you again.We will only speak with the land owner." Then they hung up on me. The pipe is still leaking and we are still without water. I would not recommend them to anyone. Poor PR and being unsatisfactory work performed.

  Replaced pump after 3 and half days with no water and now having pressure issues. Gotta get another option on this considering Paulks is unreliable on when they can get you for service.
